Requirements
- Excellent communication skills are essential.
- Ability to effectively multitask.
- Create and document tickets in real-time.Act as the initial point of contact for customers seeking technical support through various channels such as phone, chat, and email.
- Experience in Core IT Support, assisting clients globally (24/7).
- Proficient in troubleshooting and configuring desktop hardware and related peripherals.
- Capable of working in a team setting and communicating effectively via chat platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Skype).
- Possess a working knowledge of computer operating systems (Windows), hardware diagnosis/setup, and software installation/troubleshooting.
- Experience in a fast-paced work environment.
- Demonstrated strong customer service skills.
- Perform tasks within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Conduct remote troubleshooting using diagnostic techniques and relevant inquiries.
- Identify the best solution based on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Knowledge Base (KB) articles related to the issue and the details provided by customers.
- Guide the customer through the problem-solving process.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel.
- Provide accurate information regarding IT products or services.
- Document events and problems along with their resolutions in logs.
- Follow up and update customer status and information.
- Relay any feedback or suggestions from customers to the appropriate internal team.
- Identify and propose potential improvements to procedures and KB articles.
- Possess a good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other technology products.
- Ability to quickly diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
- Available for 24/7 rotational shifts.
