You will be tasked with analyzing and reviewing user profiles, audio, videos, and text-based content, as well as investigating, escalating, and/or resolving issues reported by users or flagged by the system. Given the nature of this role, the individual may encounter flashing lights or contrasting light and dark patterns. Content moderation is significant work that contributes to internet safety. It can also be challenging at times. In this role, individuals may be directly or inadvertently exposed to potentially objectionable and sensitive content (e.g., graphic, violent, sexual, or egregious). Consequently, content moderators must possess strong resilience and coping skills.
