Overview
The Trainee is tasked with the configuration and testing of the Wipro Proprietary Total Benefit Administration System to fulfill the requirements of our clients. This configuration process entails utilizing proprietary systems and tools to establish and adjust tables and parameters within the Wipro System as specified by the analysis.
- Designation: Trainee
- Qualification: B.E / B.Tech / MCA (2024 Graduates only)
- Service Agreement: 12 Months of Service Agreement
- Office Location: Building 2, Candor Techspace, IT/ITES, SEZ, Tikri, Sector-48, Gurgaon – 122001, Haryana
- Shift Timings: 11:30 AM to 9:00 PM
- Mode of Technical Interview: Walk-in (Face to Face)
Technical Skills
- Familiar with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Skilled in both Simple and Complex SQL Queries
- Understanding of Manual Testing Principles; relevant experience is a plus Knowledge of System Testing and Best Practices in Software Quality
- Assurance Strong Analytical Skills – able to break down complex problems Experience with Relational Database Concepts (like table relationships, keys, SQL, and DB2 queries)
Communication and Excellence
- Exceptional communication skills, whether it’s speaking, writing, or listening
- Ability to share information clearly and concisely
- Strong understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives
- Takes ownership and responsibility for tasks

Interview Evaluation Procedure
- First Stage – GATE Assessment (Logical Reasoning)
- Next Stage – HR Round via MS Teams (for candidates who pass the GATE round)
- Final Stage – Managerial Interview (Held at the office location)

Your PAN Card and either your Aadhar Card, Voter ID, Driving License, or Passport.
– A Provisional Certificate and a Consolidated Marksheet from your University, along with all your semester Mark sheets.
